EZ SWITCHES

DOUBLE AUGER

Proximity Switch
EZ 1030
BASIC SENSOR UNIT

Ideal for mounting on the inside of a feeder.

For use in the situations where the switch can be installed and wired inside the container where the material to be monitored is stored.

As material piles to "0.5 of the sensor, it activates and remains activated until the material beneath the sensor is removed.

Sensor location: Bottom

Power Req: 220 VAC, 110 VAC, 24 VAC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC

EZ 1031-R
BASIC SENSOR UNIT

Ideal for level detection on grain & feed bins.  Also used for shut off on grain & feed lines.

Very similar to EZ1031 except it features a recessed sensor probe that protrudes only 2" into the bin.  IN applications, such as drop tube feeding systems, this unit can be used where a long sensor would restrict the flow of material past the sensor.

Sensor Location: Recessed Back

Power Req: 220 VAC, 110 VAC, 24 VAC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC

Proximity Switch

Designed to mount on the flex-drive unit when space is limited below the drop tube, which unit automatically shuts off the feed line when feed fills the drop tube to level where the sensor is mounted.  This unit will start automatically unless it is latched off.  To add a delay restart select the EZ1071-T/F

Sensor location:  Back

Power Req: 220 VAC, 110 VAC, 24 VAC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC

EZ 1031-T/F
FLEX DROP TUBE SENSOR

Specifically recommended for use with feeders which hold less than 5 cu. ft. of material and fresh feed lines.

BASIC SENSOR UNIT

Ideal for level detection on grain and feed bins.

EZ 1031

This unit features a back-mounted sensor so that it can be mounted and wired outside the storage bin where the material to be monitored is stored with the sensor protruding into the bin.

Sensor Location: Back

Power Req: 220 VAC, 110 VAC, 24 VAC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC

Proximity Switch

This sensor is similar to the EZ 1030 except it features an adjustable timer which can be set to start equipment for 0.1 second to 100 hours after material falls away from the sensor.

With its bottom-mounted sensor, it is designed to be mounted and wired inside the bin where material is stored.

Sensor location:  Bottom

Power Req: 220 VAC, 110 VAC, 24 VAC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC

EZ 1070
TIME DELAY SENSOR

Ideal for controlling bin sweep, feeder, or pit clean-out systems.

Compact design allows this unit to be mounted directly on the flex drive unit.

Unit features an adjustable 0.1 second to 100 hour time delay restart.

Sensor location:  Back

Power Req: 220 VAC, 110 VAC, 24 VAC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC

FLEX HEAD DROP TUBE SENSOR

Designed for use in fresh feed line systems where space is limited.

Proximity Switch
EZ 1071-T/F
EZ 1071

This unit features a back-mounted sensor which is similar to the EZ1031 except it features a 0.1 second to 100 hour adjustable timer that can be used to delay the amount of time it takes for a piece of equipment which is controlled by the switch to restart.

Sensor location: Back

Power Req: 220 VAC, 110 VAC, 24 VAC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC

TIME DELAY SENSOR

Designed to be mounted on hoppers or bins.

Proximity Switch

This unit features a recessed, back-mounted sensor which can be mounted in drop tubes or bin bottoms.  It can be used to replace paddle switches in drop tubes.

This adjustable unit can also be, set to automatically restart a feed line 0.1 second to 100 hours after feed levels have fallen below the place to where the unit is mounted.

Sensor location:  Recessed Back

Power Req: 220 VAC, 110 VAC, 24 VAC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC

TIME DELAY SENSOR

Ideal to mount inside drop tubes and bin bottoms.

EZ 1071-T/F
EZ MAX RUN

This unit prevents an empty auger from running for an extended period of time or a loose drop tube from filling the barn's pit with feed.  It is often used together with model EZ1071-T/F for flex auger systems.

Timer range: 0.1 second to 100 hours

Power Req: 220 VAC, 110 VAC, 24 VAC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC

MAXIMUM AUGER RUN TIME LIMIT SWITCH

Designed for use in conjunction with an EZ Switch, this unit can be used to limit the amount of time the feed line can run.
