Our receiving automation gives you the ability to have full control over incoming products into your facility. Traceability starts when the product enters the facility, and we keep track of the product from that point on. With the ability to control oiler systems to limit dust, auto-routing to open the correct bin gates, or set the tripper destination with our laser-controlled system, we track movement from the truck gate to the desired bin inside your facility.

A blending system only runs at its full efficiency if the product is coming into the blender at the same rate. Our predictive reclaim can not only show high and low levels in holding bins but can also show the operator the next three loads in the queue to be loaded. This capability gives the operator more visibility to what products are coming next to keep up with the blending demands.

TRUCK SCALE AND KIOSK INTERFACE
The truck scale and kiosk interface alleviate some of the day-to-day truck flow issues you may experience at your facility. Trucks now can pull up to a check-in kiosk, be routed to a loadout land, and start the blending process without getting out of the truck. After the load is complete, the truck can pull over a truck scale, if needed, to capture a loaded weight, sign for his loadout, and get a printed ticket all while staying in the cab of the truck.
